Beluga Whales are AWESOME!!!!!!!
✤ Their striking all-while color, relatively small size, and range of vocal sound makes this whale a very unique one. It shares a genus with the narwhal, so its uniqueness makes sense. There is actually evidence of a narwhal beluga hybrid!
✤ They typically live in icy regions, and have a variety of adaptation to suit this. Beluga whales have no dorsal fin to easier swim with ice. They also have lots of blubber to keep warm.
✤ The iconic protrubance from its head houses an organ to help with echolocation. This part of the whale is quite squishy!
